Terms of use

Last updated 12 October 2026

About these terms

These terms cover the website famascope.com and the application at app.famascope.com, operated by Fabio Granata ("we", "us"). A signed agreement with a client takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Who we are

In line with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI): Fabio Granata, fiscal address C/ Sagunto 95, piso 2, puerta 1, 08014 Barcelona, Spain. NIE Z2687121J. Email hello@famascope.com.

The service today

Famascope is in private use. Its public release is planned for 2028. Until then accounts are created by invitation only, features change often, and the service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. Client users can see only the clients they have been given access to.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access data you have not been given, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.

Your data

Clients keep all rights to the data they provide and to the data read from their own accounts, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Clients can ask for an export of their data and for its deletion when the relationship ends.

AI answers and estimates

Famascope reports what AI assistants said when we asked them, and analyses those answers. AI assistants change often and can give different answers to the same question. Reports describe what was measured on a given date. They are not a guarantee of future visibility, rankings, traffic or sales.

Intellectual property

The Famascope software, method, question sets, scoring, report formats and brand belong to us. Clients may use the reports and plans we deliver to them for their own business.

Confidentiality

We keep client data and reports confidential and do not mention a client publicly without its permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights of consumers. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount the client paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, or for decisions taken on the basis of AI answers that we report but do not control.

Ending use

Either side can stop using the service at any time, subject to any signed agreement. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory law gives a consumer the right to use the courts where they live.
